Simon is the co-founder and director of Ring Associates Ltd, which was established in 2002.
He has worked in financial services since 1985 in a variety of managerial and advisory roles.
Simon has developed a reputation for his practical approach to the provision of financial advice. His hands on style to financial planning and wealth management ensure clients are provided with clearly defined workable solutions suited to their individual needs.

Mark Pusey
Mark is the other co-founder of Ring Associates Ltd which was established in 2002. He has worked in Financial Services since 1989 in a variety of managerial and advisory roles.
His specialist areas of advice are Trust & Inheritance Tax Planning , Portfolio Investment Planning and issues surrounding Long-Term Care.
Mark is a Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma qualified adviser and also holds Advanced Diploma AF5 holistic planning qualification. His other responsibilities include being the firms authorised Compliance Director with responsibility for professional standards and customer complaints.

Tim Gilbert

Tim has worked in the finance industry since 1980, working for a High Street Bank for 14 years where he gained significant experience in personal finance and debt counselling. In 1988 he went on to specialise in advising customers on life assurance, pensions and investments based at the bank’s area office with responsibility for 5 branches. Upon returning to branch banking he was Mortgage Co-ordinator with responsibility for his branch mortgage lending, and in 1995 he left the bank to become an Independent Financial Adviser.
As one of our financial adviser’s Tim provides advice to our clients on Pensions, Investments, Mortgages and Financial Protection.
Tim has lived and worked in West Norfolk all his life and has a wide knowledge of the area, its people, the local economic environment, and of course the property market. Tim is well known in the area through his involvement with King’s Lynn Round Table 54, Cancer Research UK and now also with junior football.

David Irving

David has over 20 years experience in the Financial Services Industry, as both administrator and adviser. He has a high degree of technical knowledge, particularly in the field of pensions, where he has specialised for much of his career.
David is a Charted Insurance Institute Diploma qualified adviser.
Specialising in Personal and Corporate Pension and Protection he is also an accomplished and qualified adviser in all areas of financial planning.
He says “I strongly believe that the whole financial services industry has gone out of its way to make itself overcomplicated. It is my job as an adviser to simplify it, so that our clients can understand the policies they have”.

Peter Ring

Peter's experience comes from over 20 years service in senior management roles in sales and marketing and general management in the industrial markets of the private sector, as well as the financial services industry. He has extensive skills in the start up and development of new businesses, particularly in direct marketing organisations.
As a qualified Financial Adviser, his background has been invaluable in relating to the needs of business owners as well as assisting private clients in releasing equity from their properties for the purpose of investments or purchases.
As our Marketing Manager, Peter contributes to our ongoing process of customer service improvement and relationship marketing. Steven Watling

Steven has worked in the Financial Services industry since 1998, joining Ring Associates Ltd in 2003.
His background experience ranges from all aspects of Financial Services administration and processing to IT systems support & management.
He is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office which primarily involves overseeing administration procedures, maintaining the IT infrastructure and undertaking paraplanning duties.

Lyndie Edge

Lyndie joined the company in July 2005 and has worked in the industry for 10 years; her role is an administrator where she deals with all aspects of this role from all advisers.
She is one of the first points of contact when contacting the firm and greets all clients new and existing with a warm welcome. Her pleasant and friendly manner together with her enthusiasm reflects the successful running of the business.

Angie Baker

Angie has over 15 years experience within the local financial services industry. She has gained invaluable administrative skills working for Independent Financial Advisers, which she brought to Ring Associates seven years ago.
Her current role within the company is Accounts Administrator and her duties include commission allocation, sage accounting, bank reconciliation, invoicing and petty cash handling.

Leanne Berycz

Leanne has worked in the Financial Services industry for several years before taking a career break to bring up a young family. She joined the company in January 2010 and has been the driving force behind the Wealth Management Department.
She assists in the daily organisation of the Wealth Management Advisers and is the first point of contact for all general investment enquiries.
Leanne works closely with the advisers within the Wealth Management Department, primarily as a Personal Assistant to them, but also to complete a number of roles, both in preparation for and after meetings, which include producing illustrations and reports. This enables the Advisers to spend more time with their clients, assessing their needs and wants and providing quality financial advice.

Jade Connolly

Jade joined the company in July 2010. Recruited to join our specialist team in the Investment Desk her main role is running our Active Fund Switching Programme where she is responsible for the analysis of market fluctuations using Stock Market data. She continually collates information to assist in the reviewing of funds utilised by our clients for investment.
Jade’s ability to utilise Excel has enabled us to build a robust system encompassing hyper linking and conditional formatting to help identify market trends and Stock Market movements.
Alongside the running of Investment Desk, Jade also contributes to the general running of the Wealth Management Department, by producing quarterly investment performance figures for the advisers to assess.
She is currently studying for the Diploma in Financial Services and is making rapid progress towards qualification.

Melissa Targress

Before joining Ring Associates in October 2010, Melissa gained invaluable administrative experience within the NHS.
At Ring Associates she deals with the day to day administrative tasks and communicates with clients both face to face and over the telephone, enjoying the atmosphere of a busy and friendly office environment.

Sue Wynette

Sue has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years.
Starting her financial services career in Chelmsford, Essex. Sue’s first job was with a large well known insurance company whom she worked for 14 years before taking a career break to bring up a family.
In 1997 she moved with her family to King’s Lynn and for the next ten years continued her career in financial services with a local independent financial adviser. In January 2011 Sue was delighted to join Ring Associates Ltd and is looking forward to enhancing her knowledge and skills, working towards becoming a qualified paraplanner.
Sue is an experienced administrator and provides a valuable service as back up for a team of advisers dealing with the more technical aspects of pensions and investments administration, mortgages and financial protection.

Joshua Ring
Joshua joined Ring Associates in September 2011 from Sixth Form. His primary role is to assist with the functions of Investment Desk as well as dealing with day to day administrative tasks and client communications.
Joshua has lived in West Norfolk all of his life and is a keen sportsman.
